We will notify you of the fines you received, even if you do not know about them (for example, as a result of the automatic fixation of violations by cameras installed along the roads). Penalties will be paid, and the appropriate funds will be withheld from your credit card.
The place of return of the car is negotiated at the time of booking (or entering into a rental agreement). There may be additional costs for delivery in another city or airport.
Our company provides cars without mileage limit.
Each additional driver must be entered into the lease. Additional drivers must be present upon receipt of the car and provide driver’s licenses and a passport or photo ID. Our company allows up to three additional drivers for free.
When canceling a reservation 48 hours before the start of the lease, our company does not charge for cancellation of the reservation. We also do not charge a fee for changing the reservation made 48 hours before the start of the rental, however, if the rental price changes when making changes to the booking, the customer will have to pay the rental price for the car that is available at the time of the change. We do not refund the fee paid if the client arrives at the rental office without a valid driver’s license. In addition, the fee is not refundable if the customer has provided an invalid credit card.
The car has international insurance that ensures the operation of the car outside the borders of Montenegro.
The fuel policy of our company implies the return of the car with the amount of fuel that was in the tank of the car at the time of delivery and was stipulated in the lease agreement. (As a rule – this is a full tank.)
All rental cars are covered for accident (CDW). This means that the rental company will not charge you the full cost of repairs for damages incurred during your rental, with the exception of damage caused to the windshield and tires, as well as replacement of keys. This means that if these parts of the car are damaged, you will have to pay the full cost for it. If you damaged a car while driving while intoxicated or parked a car in a dangerous place, you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs. All rental cars have insurance against theft (TP) – a type of car rental coverage. It limits the liability of the driver if the rental car is stolen. This means that the rental company will not charge you the full cost if the car is stolen or damaged during your rental.
Rent is based on the 24-hour principle, and its countdown begins from the moment of receiving the car. The time of receiving the car is indicated in the rental agreement.
